Terms and Conditions

 1.     Arrival not be before 2.30pm Sat and departure no later than 10.00am Sat.

 2.    Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. The caravan will be inspected at the end of your stay ,you Will be charged for any loss or damage found. We reserve the right to enter the caravan under special circumstances or emergencies.

 3.    Only persons listed on the booking form may occupy the caravan. This is a legal requirement and if not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.

 4.   For the convenience of other guests on the park we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where unreasonable behaviour of the person or persons named on the booking form might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.

 5.   NO PETS OTHER THAN GUIDE DOGS OR HEARING DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN.

 6.    Final payment for the holiday must be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Failure to do so could mean that your holiday is terminated.

 7.  It is possible that something may go wrong during your holiday. Should this happen please contact us immediately. We will endeavour to settle the problem for you.

 8.  It is a condition of the Holiday Park that no all Male/Female bookings can be taken.

 9.  Once a holiday guest returns home it is very difficult to investigate complaints of any nature. Regrettably therefore we are unable to accept claims once your holiday is over.

10. We suggest that you take out holiday insurance with a reputable company in case you have to cancel your holiday unexpectedly.

11.  Please note should you have to cancel your holiday, your DEPOSIT  is non refundable.
